Details

Per bug 1388025, we are removing crash_aggregates in favor of error_aggregates. People have been notified both in the bug and on the mailing list, and no one has objected. Per our deprecation policy the next step is to remove crash_aggregates from the metastore and wait a week.

Jason or Blake, could one of you take care of this when you have a spare moment?

Removed crash_aggregates and crash_aggregates_v1 from Glue and Hive Metastore. I've also removed entries for p2h and pdsm.
