When the CrashGenerationServer thread is created the name for the thread is never set so it inherits the parent thread name of Gecko
on Android.

From the looks of it we're not setting the thread name under macOS or Windows either (in the latter this works slightly differently but still the exception handler thread has no specific name).

I have a patch to fix this (for linux/android), just haven't had a chance to post it.
