1541395 - Set default bug type for Firefox :: Security: Review Requests to "task"

Lots of bugs in Firefox :: Security: Review Requests were inferred to type=enhancement. Most, if not all of them are actually Review/Audit tasks.

I propose that we set the default type for bugs in the Firefox :: Security: Review Requests component to "task"

This would be for Toolkit :: Blocklist Policy Requests, most anything there would be a task rather than a defect. cc Andreas who is triage owner for the component, LMK if you disagree.

I see several more components ending with “Requests” which can also be defaulted to task.

I also updated the components in User Research to default of Task, per :gemma.
