https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/components/extensions/test/xpcshell/test_ext_settings_overrides_search.js#26 will install a privileged extension, making the SearchService treat it as a distribution engine

As long as it doesnt break the test, not sure why I filed this
