In bug 1539989, we added a new hover effect to font names so that it is easier to know that something is happening on hover (text runs rendered with the corresponding fonts get highlighted in the page).
However, we left the "all fonts in page" section untouched. And that caused a weird offset that we should fix.
I'm making this block bug 1539989 so we make sure to ship both together in the same release.
