User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:66.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/66.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using version Firefox 66.0.2 64 bit on a windows 8.1 PC to get to the free version of a Forensic Psychology course on www.futurelearn.com . To get to the course it is necessary to register with www.futurelearn.com but that's free.
Actual results:
Course text on page https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/forensic-psychology/10/steps/433482 indicates there is audio to be listed to but I could not find it.
Similarly on https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/forensic-psychology/10/steps/433488 the course text indicates there is audio but none is visible however texts Lila and Seth appear with obvious empty space next to them.
Expected results:
The same course pages when viewed with Google Chrome show audio fields with play buttons that stream audio when clicked.

Hi watkingg,
I tried to reproduce this issue on the Windows 8.1 both on x34 and x64 on the latest Firefox Release version but didn't manage too. I also used bandwidth throttling in respect for a slower internet connection but the audio fields did show up.
I would suggest to do the following:
- Clear cache and cookies for the site, here is a quick guide for this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox
- Disable add-ons and custom settings by using Safe Mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode.
If all of that still doesn't solve it, please create a new firefox profile and check once more:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
Looking forward for your results!
Thanks.

Hi,
Thaks to Timoea Babos's suggestions I tried clearing cachewhich & cookies made no diffrence. Re-starting with add-ons disabled did. I tried re-starting with different add-ons disabled and disabling Privacy Badger also makes a diffrence i.e. audio link appaers. I've sent an e-mail to the Privacy badger support address.

Glad to hear it worked and you also found out which add-on is causing the issue. Will close this issue as Resolved:WorksForMe as Privacy Badger should fix this one their side.
It would be also nice if you could come back here with a comment regarding the response from the add-on developers..for future reference in case someone else gets hit by this.
