Create a template for post mortems and pilot it out on a project. Here's the full KR: "All user researchers have run at least one post-mortem following a study with a multi-disciplinary project team and identified at least one way to be more effective."

I'm starting to work on this with my current study where we have a sticky note color designated during debrief sessions that's for reflecting on the interview itself. My plan is to have a meeting with stakeholders after the study concludes and use the sticky notes as a starting point. I will continue with this method, and document it for other team members.
