Do we need more powerful instances (increase support contract requirements) for pulse.m.o given our traffic requirements?

We should also investigate if there are other support mechanisms we can engage with the CloudAMPQ team besides email. The issue with the ssl cert has been open ongoing for a while with no resolution an I think we just need to get everyone on a call to resolve (see bug 1532325)

I don't think a bigger instance will help. If pulseguardian is working correctly, the load on the hosts is small. If pulseguardian fails, load increases without bound, and will eventually crash any size instance.
