I was looking at missing symbols on Linux crashes, and that peaked my curiosity, so I went looking at missing symbols on Windows crashes, and a lot of them are missing vcruntime140.dll symbols.

It turns out the breakpad-win-update-symbols job finds the pdbs on MS servers, but not the DLLs, and skips them, according to the log e.g. https://taskcluster-artifacts.net/DhN1GRcZRH2SnhJrFX7GBw/0/public/logs/live_backing.log

Interestingly, vcruntime140.dll is a file we ship with Firefox, so we could take the DLL from there.

Scraping top crashes, I see missing symbols with the following debug identifiers:

I checked for all of these and we have them all in Mozilla Symbols Server except for this one:

490E4A4EC091482E906AB3491D9E70071

However, it doesn't appear to be used in any of the crash reports:

Pretty sure this is from work Marco or Gabriele did this year uploading systems library symbols to Mozilla Symbols Server. I think we're all good here!
