We've been triaging kvstore bugs into "Toolkit :: Storage" (out of "Toolkit :: General"), and I think we informally agreed that it's as good a component as any. Let's make it official. 😄
(We'll probably to update the Bugzilla component description from "SQLite-backed generic data storage and query engine" to something more generic, too. "Bindings for relational and key-value data storage?" "Bindings for SQLite and rkv?").
