Details

While in Picture-In-Picture mode, clicking the nameless Firefox button on the taskbar makes the video minimize. Same for when you press Win+Down key.

Not sure what the planned spec for this is, but in Google Chrome nothing happens when you try to minimize.

Verified - fixed on Windows 10 x64 and Windows 7 x32 on the latest Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-09-16) (64-bit).
The PiP window can't be minized by clicking on the window from the taskbar, nor by hitting Win+DownKey.
