Steps to reproduce:

Clicking the back button often does not actually change the page. The forward button will light up if it was previously greyed out, showing that firefox thinks I have moved back in history, but the page does not change. Hitting back again will often work, but that sends me back 2 pages from the original page instead of 1 page. So hitting it twice puts me back 2 pages, but hitting it once often puts me back 0 pages. This is particularly prevalent on YouTube. Also, when watching a YouTube video and then clicking a link that directs to another video, the new link will load and most of that URL is drawn in the browser, but the actual video player box keeps playing the old video. This doesn't happen all the time, it's like 1 out of 100 clicks. But it never happens to me with any other browser. I'm not sure if these issues are connected but they feel very similar so I assumed they are probably related. To reproduce it you just have to spend some time browsing the internet and clicking the back button, or watching YouTube videos and clicking related video links. The video does not even have to be playing, it can be paused. This is 67.0b8 by the way but i've been experiencing this for months. I restart Firefox daily so I pretty much update as soon as an update is released, with at most a delay of 8-10 hours. I've used Firefox for years though and never had this problem until ~4 months ago.

Actual results:

• Clicking back sometimes results in the previous page not being loaded/drawn, even though the browser thinks it has navigated back, evidenced by the forward button lighting up from a grayed-out state.
• Clicking video links on YouTube sometimes results in everything on the page updating except the video player, which continues showing the video from the page on which the link was clicked, whether the video is playing or paused or finished.

Expected results:

• Clicking back should result in the previous page being loaded and drawn, obviously.
• Clicking video links on YouTube should consistently result in the entire page updating, including the video player, as happens when using google chrome or microsoft edge. Unfortunately I don't have any interest in using either of these browsers anymore, as chrome seems poorly optimized for nvidia graphics cards and causes mouse stuttering after running for ~30 minutes, even on my $8,000 workstation. I do get frustrated using firefox due to this particular bug, and due to the lack of an easy way to add your own custom search engines. I have to use a third-party extension to achieve this and it's much less convenient and a sloppy implementation which creates a brand-new plugin for every search engine I want to add. In chrome this is as simple as inputting the query URL format and setting a keyword and a name. In Firefox, the average user just can't do this at all, and can only add search engines that already have specific extensions made for them, but these are not mainstream or popular search engines, e.g. amazon, youtube, netflix etc., they are just completely random and often regional/language-specific websites. And the power user has to go way out of his/her way to add custom search engines, where it would take about 30 seconds in chrome. Anyway that's just a random gripe, the main issue is the bug(s) I'm reporting.

i wasn't able to reproduce the reported behaviour on our environment.Please download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.
