I'm not sure if this is an incompatibility or a problem in their code...but I
suspect it is an incompaibility.  Here's the error I get:

Error resolving parameter BROWSERTYPE

ColdFusion was unable to determine the value of the parameter. This problem is
very likely due to the fact that either:

   1. You have misspelled the parameter name, or
   2. You have not specified a QUERY attribute for a CFOUTPUT, CFMAIL, or
CFTABLE tag.

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of
(CFIF), occupying document position (37:1) to (37:52) in the template file
D:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\STORE\INDEX.CFM.


It seems to indicate that it's having a problem with the browsertype.  It works
find in MSIE.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the page. ;-)
2. swear at the computer
3. load the other worthless browser that's forcibly loaded on your PC

Actual Results:  It still doesn't work in Mozilla.
It does work in IE.  This is a terrible thing. ;-)

Expected Results:  Loaded the page properly and allowed me to use the online store.

Seems like this should go to evangelism unless someone can point to a problem in
Mozilla, since there's clearly a problem on the server side.
