[Translate.Next] Submitting a suggestion by Enter does not work when a check is failing

Description: When trying the submit a new suggestion, that is missing a placeable, nothing happens after hitting the enter.

Expected outcome: I would expect to either see the check error, or have the new suggestion added if the check are not implemented yet.

  1. Visit the URL above.
  2. Type "test" in the input area.
  3. Hit Enter.

Thanks for the report! Effectively this is bug 1518820 which will add full support for checks.
