This bug will cache all the objects in MAI that has not an owner, this will
improve performance. More important, it is design to manage the lifecyle of
these objects.

1. when create new mai object, cache them.
2. change the format of object dump information into html
3. add more log.
4. implementation of two more methods for table interface.

In addition to make use the cache, this patch add many MAI_LOG_*, enable
interfaces, and do some other cleanup.
