With bug 1540725 in place, we can start talking about labeled metric types differently in the documentation.

I propose, that for each labeled type we support, we add an extra entry in the documentation (maybe right after the un-labeled equivalent?).

This allows us to call out what the specific type, e.g. labeled_counter, is good for, what it shouldn't be used for and specific examples.
