Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS sun4u; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020611 BuildID: 2002061103 When I try to open a file with an application, mozilla asks me, if I like to open the file with the application and then klick OK - nothing happends. Sometimes I get the error message: ' /tmp/file cannot be opened because an unknown error occured. Sorry about that. Try saving to disk an then open the file' Saving file to disk works. The temporary file will not be removed from /tmp Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.klick on e.g. pdf file 2.Open file with application e.g. acroread -> OK 3.nothing or sometimes error message
looks like bug 56662
Reporter, do you select the application on the "What to do?" dialog using the filepicker? Or by typing it in directly?
I have used the 'What to do' dialog.
