the primary use of client count daily is to calculate approximate mau.

the new clients last seen dataset and derived exact mau dataset allow efficient calculation of exact mau across arbitrary slices of clients daily, and should replace all usage of client count daily.

When is that table going to be available on https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org? It doesn't seem to be, at least for Presto. And I'm not sure why, but I can't seem to be able to search for a dataset if I pick Athena.

It is available on https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org via the BigQuery data source

Note: the BigQuery data source isn't currently available to all of mozilla. Please request access in #datapipeline on irc if you need access to this.

I am currently working on making these data sets available via Athena and Presto on https://sql.telemetry.mozilla.org/

The new clients last seen dataset and derived exact mau dataset are now available in athena and presto
