Linux shippable builds have a wide range of run-times, typically between 90 and 110 minutes; at 120 minutes they exceed max-run-time, as seen in:

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#/jobs?job_id=239380127&repo=autoland&lineNumber=77052
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#/jobs?job_id=239369798&repo=autoland&lineNumber=75452

I don't see anything unusual about these cases -- they just need more time.

Avoid intermittent timeouts: increase max-run-time to 2.5 hours to account for
normal variability in run time.
