We have PBackground for 3 channels: parent-content, conent-socket and parent-socket.
We should refactore code the code before larch merges into m.-c.

This patch uses ThreadInfoWrapper to encapsulate ThreadLocalInfo and ThreadLocalIndex and also tries to move some common code into the class.
