- Start the browser with a clean new profile and open a new tab.
- Resize the browser window to 1/4 size horizontally.
- Observe the icon to the left of the "Try Firefox with the bookmarks, history and passwords from another browser." message.
[Expected results]:
- The icon is fully visible.
[Actual results]:
- The left and right parts of the icon are cut.

The issue is no longer reproducible on the latest Nightly 68.0a1 (Build ID 20190423221610) on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.14, and Arch Linux 4.14.3.

It's an edge case, so I don't think it is worth the effort to uplift. And on 68 we ended up removing the message completely afterward this fix.
