It was pointed out in
https://github.com/mozilla/geckodriver/issues/1515#issuecomment-481402540
that the developer documentation for geckodriver isn’t easy to find.
We could solve this by linking to it from the Table of Contents in
the geckodriver README.md that gets exported to GitHub.
