Classic Theme tabs in MacOS X should have a persistent aqua blue accent bar below the tab and at the top border of page content. See Chimera 20020626x for example of correct accent bar. Bug 134447 resolution did not fix the problem. Expected Result: Open a browser tab in Classic Theme. Blue accent bar should remain below tabs across width of window. Actual Result: Blue bar appears momentarily and vanishes when tab is rendered.
Confirmed using FizzillaCFM/2002062203. The blue bar appears, then disappears rapidly.
