STR:
- enable browser.in-content.dark-mode
- Enable dark mode in OS
- Install any container add-on. The one that appears in my screenshot is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/twitter-container/
- Navigate to about:preferences
What happens:
The message that appears "An Extension Twitter Container Requires Container Tabs" is not displayed correctly in dark mode.
Expected result:
This message should be themed nicely.

Confirmed issue with 68.0a1 (2019-04-21) (64-bit).
Verified fix with 68.0.1 69.0b7 on Windows 10, macOS 10.14 in junction with bug 1553385.
