Steps to reproduce:
I try to close Firefox when more than one tab is opened.
Actual results:
A windows pops up to ask me if I want to close the software and all the tabs, but the buttons in the dialog-window ("close tabs" and "discard") are not shown properly. They are "cut" by the limit of the dialog-window.
Expected results:
The two buttons have to be shown correctly.
I have tried to reproduce the bug also in Firefox Nightly, and I can reproduce it also in the latest version of Firefox.
I must specify that the "Scale and Layout" of the screen is set at 150%, with 1920x1080 resolution.

Confirmed 67.0b8 - 20190404040123 IT_build.
Current affected builds: 67.0b19, 66.0.5, 68.0a1(2019/05/2019-05-01-21-55-33.
With older versions such as 51.0a1(2016-09-01-03-02-02) the scaling needs to be upped to 175%.
Another mention is that reproducing this, the Italian build was used.
Inclined to claim it's not a regression since the length of the text differs and if long enough it will jump on the next row, pushing the buttons down.
Another issue noticed while trying to reproduce this issue was that the menu does not properly re-scale after changing the zoom/scale value.
STR for this:
- open multiple tabs;
- press X on the browser;
- change the "Scale and Layout" value to 175%;
- change the "Scale and Layout" value to 125%;
- change the "Scale and Layout" value to 150%.
@Dao, Could fixing this bug adress the mentioned issue or do we need to file a separate bug for it?

I don't think we need a separate bug for this. Thanks!
