BUILD: 2002-06-24-08

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Load
http://www.w3.org/Math/testsuite/testsuite/TortureTests/Complexity/complex4.xml
or some other XML document that is not well-formed

EXPECTED RESULT: error message is shown and load stops

ACTUAL RESULTS: Error is shown, throbber keeps spinning, load does not stop

This bug is spun off of bug 154197
I am seeing this on win2k too. This feels like a regression. Maybe we are not
firing the load event if we get an error (I think we used to do that).

I don't see this anymore, and the document at URL has been fixed as well. Boris,
can you confirm this is wfm?
Well... the document at the url hangs my Mozilla (2003-01-15-08 trunk nightly on
Linux), so I can't really tell...
But the document at URL is wellformed now, so it is a different issue (I'll file
a new bug, probably something in XSLT). Please try the attached testcase.
