Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Firefox then enable tablet mode.
  2. Open a new tab then close it.

Windows 10 October 2018 Update v1809 Build 17763.437

Actual results:

The animation of closing the tab is slow and not smooth compared to the animation when using Firefox without tablet mode.

Expected results:

The animation of closing the tab in tablet mode should be fast and smooth.

Hi @Mohammed Ismail, I've checked this issue on a Microsoft Surface Pen & Touch but cannot reproduce it. In my end there is no differences between closing tabs in tablet mode and desktop mode. It would be helpfully that you can and a short video helping to reproduce the issue. Thanks for your contribution.

The issue is especially noticeable when I started to close tabs from the middle, the animation is less smooth compared to the animation in normal mode
