Hello,
Reproduced the issue using Firefox 68.0a1 (20190415213626) on Windows 10x64.

The only problem is I can't verify this on 68.0 (20190705220548) due to different about:config pages. Is there any way to use the same interface as Nightly on 68.0? Thank you!

Looks like the new html about:config is only enabled on nightly. If you open the link from comment 7, you can find links to builds, e.g.,

first release with
nightly linux32

Using the same steps the issue is verified on Firefox 68.0a1 (20190420095532) and Firefox 70.0a1 (20190708213342) on Windows 10x64.
