I think Print Preview needs a hand tool to easily Move the page about just like
in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I like the idea... CONFIRMING... :)

Can you file a RFE/bug for a similar functionality in normal browser mode,
please ? Having such a feature in the main browser code makes it easier to
implement it for PrintPreview, too...
