Tested with both https://online.citi.com/US/login.do and https://accountonline.citi.com/cards/svc/LoginGet.do

They have JS on their page that changes the replaces portions of the username with asterisks when the input field loses focus.

With and without the username remembering website feature we do now autofill but in the case of the site not remembering the username can't see that it's autofilled since we don't filled the masked username field.

Not showing the username in the save dialog is intentional from bug 1427624 until we can do better to detect the non-masked username.
