Steps to reproduce:

Launch Thunderbird under Linux with the fr_CA.UTF-8 locale:
$ LANG= fr_CA.UTF-8 thunderbird

Create a new event to an existing calendar. Try to set the time of your event.

Actual results:

The time is reset to "0 h 00" (midnight) when the time field lost focus.

Expected results:

The selected time should be keep.

This bug doesn't occurs with en_CA (english canadian) or fr_FR (french from France). The time format with theses locales are different. I suspect the time format used in the french canadian locale doesn't pass format validation in Lightning.

Franics, if you still use Thunderbird, has the situation changed or do you still experience the described behavior?
