Attached patch SM-privacy.patchSplinter Review

Our current privacy policy needs a refresh, and possibly split it out in a general privacy policy and privacy notices for, at least, SeaMonkey Suite and the website, in order to better adjust to current scenario (for example, no Sync feature anymore) and to remove references to Mozilla.

An initial draft, strongly based on Mozilla's privacy policy, is added as a patch. Since the content changes a lot, the patch is not very meaningful, so I'm attaching the entire file also.

Attached file privacy.en.html

Entire privacy page draft

I'm not requesting approval nor a formal review on the patch because I think we need more discussion, and possibly content.

As discussed on irc this probably needs follow-ups. We are now also using addons.thunderbird.net and less and less mozilla services which might need to be covered.
