After you submit or review a translation in the "All Resources" view, stats in the filter menu disappear, because the backend returns "null" values for stats.
Translate.Next sends ["all-resources"] as the paths value, which is than used to filter resources in TranslatedResource.objects.stats(). Instead, we should send [] as the paths value, like Translate.Current.
