Steps :

Launch the Arabic Firefox browser and reach the facebook.com page.
Turn On accessibility tools.
Click the "Contrast button from the Dev Tools in order to show all the available text with Contrast.

Expected Results :
The Contrast label should be displayed on the left side of the text on RTL builds.

Actual Results :
The Contrast label is displayed on the right side of the text in RTL builds.

Please note that on Windows and MAC this issue does not occur.

As the bug summary update says, if the text within the a11y tree is not localized, the badge will be placed on the right side in the RTL builds.
This is also reproducible for windows systems too.
