154577 - no automatic anchor list when linking to different file

I have hesitate to report this bug/enhancement because it something so obviously
useful for me that I was sure I was overlooking something. But I have played and
also searched the bug database and did not find it mentionned : 
when creating a new link in an html file, by marking some text and clicking on
the link button, on is quite nicely presented with a pop down list showing the
anchors for the file that is open. However, when one chooses to link to a
different file, then intuitively I expect that the popdown list will be showing
the anchors found in this new file, but it still shows the anchors of the open
file. So there does not seem to be an automatic way to link to an anchor in
another file than the one opened ?? If this is really not possible yet, than I
would verymuch appreciate this enhancement in a future version
