What do you mean by "recover the hand"?

Can you switch to other non-TB programs and do they respond while tb is waiting?

How often do you have the "check for new mail" timer set in tb? Default is 10m.

How many accounts do you have set up in TB?

Do you only check for new mail in Inbox for each account or do you have other folders set to have new mail checked in them also?

sys seems to be gone, but we need more info => incomplete
