Dear Sirs,

I was very interesting in Bugzilla and 
I wanted to install it in my server and test it. 

!!! But not any more. !!!

I stoped installation in the middle. 
I realized - this is a TERRIBLE procedure (at least for Windows).
I've spent whole day. 
Sorry, but this is too BAD.
I'm not interesting any more in Bugzilla.
I would like to keep my nervious in good condition.
I understand that you are trying to do something good 
therefore I'm trying to be polite and not using  bad words here.

May be, if you improve this software for Windows I try again.

your bug report is terrible, it might even make bugs reports i write look good
please clearly describe a problem, and ideally provide a suggestion.

I agree with both of you: the windows installation is terrible as was the bug
report. We're working on enhancing the win-installation procedure, though.
There's a bug on that. :-)
