Details
(Whiteboard: [specification][type:bug])
What did you do?
1. I open a few tabs
2. I go to bookmarks and I bookmark-all-tabs and create a new folder
3. I go to bookmarks again and bookmark-all-tabs a second time and create a different folder
4. I go to bookmark and try to bookmark-this-page, but now it says edit-this-page.
What happened?
bookmark duplicates worked correctly for bookmark-all-tabs, but I was unable to create a new individual duplicate one at a time.
What should have happened?
It should still say bookmark-this-page. If i want to edit-this-bookmark I will do it via the show-all-bookmarks pop-up menu
Is there anything else we should know?
I must keep my bookmarks in order. I place them in a folder hierarchy of year, month, and then chronological folders. i have almost 10 full fingers

I actually got some help on reddit:
"I do a "drag'n'drop" into the Bookmarks Sidebar..."
Also I noticed bookmark-all-tabs(⇧ ⌘ D) always wants to save to the root bookmarks menu location. How do I get it to remember last saved tabs location? It's would streamline things in my case as I'm always creating bookmark folders chronologically month-y-month.

⌘ Z functionality would also be nice for when I accidentally delete a tab i was looking at.

The most common action for our users is to not create duplicates, and thus, even if it's actually possible to do it, the UI is optimized to prevent duplicates. This is not going to change, thus I'm resolving as a wontfix.
Anyway, we provide alternative UIs (sidebar, Library) that allow for easy copy/paste or d&d of bookmarks, allowing to easily manage them. The Star panel is not intended for low level management.
