navigation features on National Weather Station website no longer working, I think since last update. e.g. click fails on next 8 hours, fails on website menu icon, and other navigation features

Steps to reproduce:
- click on "next 8 hours" at bottom of hourly pages - click fails
- click on National Weather Station MENU icon top right corner - fails
- unable to enter other locations in "show me the weather ..." box at top left (supposed to enter city, state, zip, etc.) - fails
When I used Google (which I hate), the National Weather Station site worked just fine with none of the issues I've listed. I think this issue began with the most recent update 66.0.3
Actual results:
actual result is nothing happens
Expected results:
should have gone to next page of hours; should have gone to the menu listing; should have allowed entry of city, state, zip to get to other weather locations

Wasn't able to reproduce this issue on Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-04-25), could you please provide the exact site where this happens please?
Also, you could try if you are able to reproduce the issue on Nightly as well? here is the link for Nightly build https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/
