[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: broken scroll position
Reproducible: always
Steps To Reproduce:
- Save the attached html to local file system as anchor.html
- Open file://path_to_file/anchor.html#anc2
--- observe page scroll position - Click on Reload button or keypress F5
--- observe page scroll position - repeat step 3
Actual Results:
The scroll amount is gradually increased.
Expected Results:
Page should not scroll. The scroll position should not be changed.
