You can update this yourself in the Account tab in your Preferences.
If you're on bugzilla.mozilla.org, Preferences is in the drop-down menu when you click on your avatar icon in the top right corner.

I am unable to, as soon as I click the link sent to my new email, I get The token you submitted does not exist, has expired, or has been canceled.

And then in my old/current email I get the mail saying the email change request has been cancelled

This is because of outlook visiting the links to cancel the account change request. What email do you want it changed to?

I want to change it to vishaldas.95@gmail.com
Also, all of a sudden, I am unable to change my password.
What is ment by "I am unable to change my password"?
Are you getting an error or when you try to change your password, you are getting a message that it does not comply with requirements for a password?

Well I got it fixed using Forgot Password but what happened was, it wasn't accepting my old password to change the email, this happened after the first try to change email failed, as I mentioned above.
For now, changing my email from to the new one as mentioned above, will do.

Is my email ID changed?
Sorry it is not yet. I misread one of your earlier comments to say you were able tofinally get it to work but you did not.

If you try the reset again and copy/paste the bmo link directly from the email to a browser, are you able to reset it? The token links do time out eventually and allow people to try again. Also dylan mentioned that Outlook may be munging the links before redirectling to the proper page.

Hi David,
I did try to copy paste the link, it almost worked, I got the message that my new email had been set, until I received another email in my old email which mentioned that the Email change request has been cancelled.
A more clearer picture is:
- I entered the credentials to change my email
- I copy pasted the change link that I received in my new email
- I entered my old email, as was asked.
- I get the confirmation that my email had been changed
- I get another email in my old email, which said the the
Email change request has been cancelled - My old setting get restored and I can't change my email.

This has been the case for more than a couple of times when I tried to change my email! Idk if Outlook is doing something here, because even tho I make the changes successfully, my change request gets cancelled automatically. Could it be because outlook is trying to visit the links in the email automatically to show the preview, and in the process, cancel my request?

Made some changes, and Outlook was indeed the problem. Toggling off the auto preview links option, did the job. I have now changed my email address successfully.
Thank you for the help everyone, appreciated.
