154621 - Message Pane reappears after I switch it off

When I turn off the message pane and close MailNews, the next time I open
MailNews it is back with a vengeance. Behavior is exactly the same whether using
the menu or the GUI 'close message pane' button thingy.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View -> Show/Hide -> Message Pane (turns off the message pane).
2. Close MailNews.
3. Reopen MailNews.

Actual Results:  The message pane is back, and this time I have to perform step
1 TWICE to get it to disappear again. 

Expected Results:  Leave message pane closed.

Component should be Mail Window Front End, but that doesn't show up in the
Component drop-down box on this bug reporting form.

I know what the problem is but I don't know if it has been filed before...

Seeing the same on linux, current CVS.
Resolving as dup of bug 95021, adding steps to repro there.
