Steps to reproduce

1. Reach https://www.twitch.tv/.
2. Make sure the browser is smaller than fullscreen.
3. Notice the videos displayed in a carousel order.
4. Click on the fullscreen button for one of the videos in the carousel.

Expected result

• The video is displayed correctly in fullscreen.

Actual result

• The browser enters fullscreen mode hangs for a second then it exist fullscreen and the video stops.

Regression range

• This issue also occurs on 66.0.3 so this is not a recent regression.
  Will return with a regression range as soon as possible.

Additional notes

• On Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 this does not happen on the first try, but if you repeat the steps then it happens all the time.
  Added browser console message.

Hello,

I tried to find a regression range and ended up going back as far as the beginning of 2016, mid 2015. So I think this is not a regression as it seems to have always been like this.
