Right now the cron schedule determines the day the report is run (every Sunday) but the time is fixed to 0000 Pacific.

We have a request to have the report run at ~0500 Pacific time.

Hey Daniel, I just wanted to get your approval to go ahead with this.
This will mean the report is based on the time it is running (currently 1200 UTC, 0500 PDT) instead of always 0000 UTC.
This also means that the history may be slightly different from previous weeks reports.

This looks great, thanks! That will be much less confusing, and I'm not worried about a one-time microscopic discontinuity
