Steps to reproduce:

type some text in urlbar and press home/end

Actual results:

the cursor doesn't move

Expected results:

the cursor should move to the front / end. Without quantumbar it works.

I find that it works after I've filed this bug....it turns out that it only reproduces after I enter customization and exit. Turning quantumbar off and on will make them work again.
