Hello!
I tried to replicate using windows10 1803 and after a long time of updates i was able to test it on 18.09 also
I have admin access on Windows 10 64bi. So i created a second user as Standard, not admin.
Then i downloaded the exact same file. Firefox 66.0.3 english (US) 64bit : 43.9mb from
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
- When launched i got the usual mesage "do you want to allow this app to make changes on your device?"
- I selected NO
- Then firefox install started, and i installed it without any issues.
If that was the same thing you did, i was unable to replicate the problem.
regards
Pablo
