In bug 1536454 we added some event telemetry for figuring out when users respond in what way to which permission prompts. This data collection is only meant to run in an experiment, but concerns were raised that unless we see this data coming in at some point it's a bit hard to verify that things are working.

We decided to drop the most sensitive data collection point, so IMO it should be okay to enable this in Nightly for some time (it expires in 72 one way or the other).

I will update the data review form and try to get approval for running this in Nightly until the experiment is over.

Tracked in 68 so we use the time from now until May 15th (Merge day) to test this telemetry collection on a pre-release channel to boost our confidence on this data for the related release67 study/launch.

On second thoughts, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1536454#c20 gives us some confidence as it's been tested locally (at least once) by QA.
