Check boxes in the selected state and popup menus are not displayed correctly when running Firefox on the current Beta version of macOS 10.14.5 (18F118d). I hit the problem with Nightly/68 and Release/66.
With the content sandbox disabled, the problem does not occur.
With minimal testing, the (in progress) fix for bug 1546836 addresses this problem as well. Once that is verified, this bug can be closed as a dupe of 1546836.
