We should identify tests outside the browser/components/urlbar directory that will fail when we turn on QuantumBar.

Type: defect → task

I did a build with this earlier in the week and it didn't show any new issues. Now we've just turned it on in nightly (bug 1548031) we don't need this bug any more.
