In Translate.current, we have a progress bar showing at the top to give a hint to the user that something is happening behind the scene. We use https://ricostacruz.com/nprogress/ for that.
We want to replicate that feature in Translate.Next. Part of this bug is to investigate whether we can use NProgress or not, and if not what tool to use instead.
